I just took a paid, on location course with another RE phototography guru and he is advising the opposite of what you suggest. He's advocating "the instagram method" and doing the "first shoot for free" method. It worked for him in his business. So now I'm trying to determine who's giving a new guy the better advice? How do you get these top producing agents to give you a shot and leave their regular photographer?

how many realtors do I need to work with in order to have 1 job a day for the 5 days out of the week?

Not 100% sure but I think my canon bracketing feature only allows me to bracket -2 0 +2. I don’t think it allows me to do -3 0 +3 in the case of a blown out underexposed picture should I j alter my shutter speed to get proper outside exposure? I feel that’s the only thing I can do

Here’s what he doesn’t tell you…how difficult it is to get clients! I have a website, a portfolio (when I shot for a real estate photo company), an instagram and facebook page, sent over 2600 emails blasts, and spent over $1000 on google ads. So far I have only had 1 client in 6 months!!!
